Purpose of the role

To advise and support my client's French speaking customers via telephone, email and web chat, updating the website and in-house system with day-to-day activities, and supporting within the customer service department to meet the high level of customer satisfaction and focus expected by their customers.

Main duties

  • Dealing with customers queries on our client's website, resolving issues in French to a high level of standards and competency
  • Working to a rota, you will be asked to carry out a variety of tasks from Administration to Customer Support utilising your linguistic skills
  • Continually aiming to meet the standards and targets determined by your Line manager and Senior Management
  • Working towards improving and expanding your continuous personal development with training and coaching
  • Attending meetings with your Line manager and sharing feedbacks and queries for improvements and resolution
  • Under the guidance, supervision you will be reporting directly to the Line Manager, and Senior Management when asked to do so.
  • Completing each task to the required standard and competency in time determined by your Line Manager
