- Inbound Customer Service Advisors
Working on behalf of a leading UK transport company, you will be providing excellent customer service to customers who have issues relating to the website. You will be the first point of contact providing support for website issues to help customers get back on track and get past the technical issues.
Your duties will be to provide seat reservations; help with general advice (including journey costs, queries on purchasing travel cards, information on specific stations including their facilities).
You will be using a variety of platforms such as web chat, phone and emails to combat issues and deal with complaints in regards to travel enquiries.
- Hours: Full time, 5 days over 7 working: between 8am-8pm or between 6am - 11pm on rotation
- Pay: £8.40 per hour rising to £8.75 after 3 months’ probation
- Basis: Permanent
- Location: Preston Brook, Runcorn
This role is ideal for anyone who has experience in call centre work, customer service, or anyone who has worked in a help desk role dealing with customers over web chat / phone dealing with technical support. We are also open to speaking with candidates from other backgrounds such as retail and hospitality, as full training and support will be provided.
